Smart Office Spaces
All Smart Office spaces include free, fast and secure Wi-Fi, access to printing/scanning/notary services, code-locked doors (available at an additional charge), VoIP phone access, ample outlets for charging devices, Smart TVs with HDMI access, elegant office furniture and tech support. If 4-7 hours are booked in a reservation, receive a 10% discount. If 8 hours are booked, receive a 15% discount.Smart Office: This office includes a business desk, phone, two chairs, a 45” wall mounted smart TV and all of the connections you need to plug in your laptop and charge your devices at arms’ length. $25 per hour, $90 for half day, $170 for full day Smart Office Plus: This office features a large window and more square footage than the standard Smart Office. The room features a large desk, wall mounted Smart TV, easy to reach connections for charging your devices and modular furniture. $35 per hour, $126 for half day, $238 Full Day Smart Conference (6 person): This Conference Room comfortably seats 6 people for your business gatherings. The room features a large 55-inch wall mounted Smart TV to sync with your devices and is connected to our own fast desktop computer, should you need it. This computer is equipped to handle a wide variety of videoconferencing platforms (must have your own account) and includes an attached webcam. The conference table itself consists of 3 nesting desks which can be modified to suit your needs, whether it’s a classroom, team workspace or formal meeting. $65 per hour, $234 for half day, $442 full day Smart Conference Plus (12 person): The Smart Conference Plus comfortably seats 12 people for your business gatherings. The room features two large 55-inch wall mounted Smart TVs to sync with your devices and is connected to our own fast desktop computers, should you need them. Both TVs have an attached webcam. The conference table itself consists of 6 nesting desks which can be modified to suit your needs, whether it’s a classroom, team workspace, deposition or formal meeting. $115 per hour, $414 for half day, $782 full day
